The album was recorded at Echo studios  in 2011, and contains the live favourites, Fat Elvis, The Listening, Power, Long Dark Road and I Married a Man.

 

"It's an inbetween album, really, as I had no strong inclination or main thrust of an idea of what I wanted it to say, so its this fairly random collection of songs, some of them, like Fat Elvis, had been written in the 90s, and some of them very recent to the recording.  I'd just startd gigging seriously in the Lowveld and it tracks the beginning of the influence of the live work on my writing. The album, in hindsight rocks, it's very positive, more upbeat than Peace and Love or One For The Road.  It stands on its own two feet, despie it's 'inbetween' feel. "
